About Us

Our company, with substantial experience and knowledge on industrial and construction projects acquired since 1997, has now been structured under a new organization - PEO YAPI. As PEO YAPI, we are proud to offer our accumulated experience to our clients
in a mature and corporate  form. 
 
The Founders:
The founders of PEO YAPI, have conducted and delivered numerous special projects to investors, in the areas of steel construction and specific constructions in automotive industry, back stretching canopies, and as of 2014, hail net protection systems in automotive sector. Founders of PEO have gained important sectorial experience by managing design, installation and delivery processes of Anti-Hail Net Protection System projects for major automotive manufacturers such as HONDA and TOFAŞ (FIAT).
 
PEO YAPI constitutes a global vision, combining its operational knowledge and capabilities with international business development experience.
 
PEO YAPI, with human in the center of its focus, and seeking to ensure customer satisfaction, conducts design of construction, production, supply, safety, environment, resources, and financing concurrently, in compliance with requisites of science and engineering.
PEO YAPI, having developed this real time design vision, adds another aspect to its visionary profile.

Application Areas

Ground Condition

  • Easy Installation on asphalt, concrete coated or not coated ground.
  • System can be installed on filled, clay, sand, agriculture soil and rock ground.

Technical Features

  • Height can be arranged based on client requirement.
  • In the interior part (under the net) max. 40m axle intervals and unlimited line lenght possible.
  • Designed for up to 110km/h wind speed.
  • Shading can be selected 10%, 15%, 30% depending on the net type.
  • Poles, ropes and other metal parts are made of steel.
  • Net is HDPE with 100% UV stability.
  • UV stability with 10 year warranty.

Design

  • Design with 3D Solid Modelling.
  • Static calculations conducted.
  • Optimisation to ensure minimum lost area and maximum parking space.

Vineyard

  • Protection from bird damage

Technical Features

  • Height can be arranged in accordance with client requirements.
  • Design depends on the geographical condition of the vineyard, sapling intervals and vintage.
  • Braid intervals of the net is 3/4”.
  • Poles can be applied steel or wood.
  • Net is HDPE with 100% UV stability.
  • UV stability with 10 year warranty.

Orchard

Application Area Reasons

  • For early or late maturation,
  • depending on the fruit.
  • Protection from fruit flies and other pests
  • Protection from heavy rain during blooming

  • Designed in accordance with the geographical condition of the orchard or the height of the trees.
  • Shading can be selected 10%, 15% and 30% or higher, depending on the net type.
  • Poles can be applied concrete,
    • steel or wood.
  • Net is HDPE with 100% UV stability. UV stability with 10 year warranty

Steel Structures

Design
FMEA is conducted and 3D design is prepared in accordance with customer requirements and statistical calculations. Project or products can be realized if applicable in solid model
Manufacturing
All processes from customer demand to delivery, including supply, labor, machinery and equipment and finance, are planned real time.
Installation
For the installation, steel parts and accessories are manufactured with precision to ensure robust assembly with zero defect, to meet client requirements, with work safety on the field as top priority
